Hi Jeff, If the estimate is fair and they are comparing apples to apples, then you should congratulate the customer on getting a good deal and let him/her know that you would like to check in again. My guess, is that in many instances all things are not equal and service can tip the scales in... Really depends on your ability to connect with the client and provide more than just the goods.
