Joyful Jobs
Joyful Jobs is a recruiting agency that provides fast, flexible, and affordable talent acquisition services catered to small and medium sized businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Are you a small business owner who doesn't have time to create job ads and wade through resumes?
Does your nonprofit team struggle with effective interviews and selecting the BEST candidate, or maybe you're not all aligned in what you're looking for?
Have you used the phrase, "It's a really unique company/position"?
Are you confused by the constant shifts in the labor market or feel you're simply not attracting the right types of candidates?
We're here to help! Unlike most agencies that charge a percentage of the new hire’s salary as a placement fee (usually a large amount of 20-30%, easily totaling $15,000-30,000+ per hire), we have a more equitable and affordable flat fee structure for our direct hire placement program (our flagship, done-for-you service).
We also offer something for every budget, from workshops to sourcing services and a DIY toolkit for small organizations who prefer to maintain control over their hiring process, but need some expert guidance to get started.
For those who need a temporary hire fast, partner with Joyful Jobs and avoid the complexities of contractor logistics, compliance, and employee benefits and insurance.
Finally, we provide recruitment process outsourcing and VIP days for mid-size businesses, an AI temporary hire program, an affiliate program for referral partners, and resources for job seekers.

In 2016, Emily Chavez began her recruiting career with a rapidly expanding charter school, tasked with the significant challenge of hiring several hundred teachers annually—a particularly demanding task in Arizona. This experience cultivated her ability to implement innovative solutions and embrace a "never say never" mindset.
By July 2021, amid the hiring difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Great Resignation, Emily found herself ready for a career shift. With a 6-month-old daughter and a deep understanding of the lack of affordable recruitment services for small businesses and nonprofits, she was inspired to take action. Supported by her husband and leveraging her degree in entrepreneurship, Emily founded Joyful Jobs.
Since then, Joyful Jobs has successfully partnered with over 60 nonprofits and small businesses, helping them secure nearly 100 exceptional employees. We invite you to join us as we continue growing cohesive communities through meaningful recruitment!
