I don't have to call him 50 times to make sure it's going smooth as I know he will reach out to me if there is a problem. Real Estate brokers have so much to do, there is never enough time in the day to do everything we must do and to not have to handle the mortgage part knowing we have a wonderful broker doing it (it's worth it's weight in gold).
I find it rude and obnoxious when people don't pay for a service they receive. A job not completed or done incorrectly is one thing. I was raised always pay your bills and treat people the way you want to be treated. I find if you pay on time and give a tip if work was done well your vendors have...

I find it rude and obnoxious when people don't pay for a service they receive. A job not completed or done incorrectly is one thing. I was raised always pay your bills and treat people the way you want to be treated. I find if you pay on time and give a tip if work was done well your vendors have a tendency to bend over backwards for you. I also when I have workers working on my home I always offer lunch for them and that goes a long way as well.
I would think asap I always return them within minutes if I can otherwise I would say within 24 hours.
