Meet ILC co-founders Anthony and Stacey. Our journey began in 2020 during Transformational Leadership Training, where our shared passion for coaching and personal growth sparked both a love story and a vision. Inspired by our own transformations and the results we’ve driven for clients, we launched the Impact Leadership Community to carry forward the torch of authentic leadership.
