Detailed estate plans alleviates anxiety by providing a clear path for an executor or trustee to follow during estate administration. It also creates dialogue between generations and can assist in ensuring clients wishes are met. I am a Certified Executor Advisor.

The fact you are considering your employees means a lot. However, have you asked what information about your business your employees VALUE? Do they really want to know or even understand what business health means? Are they looking for information? DO they need a context presented to them to help them understand what stage your business is in and some of the challenges and opportunities? I am curious what the motivation is behind asking this question? If your business is thriving and you want to reward employees, ask them what they value. Having an open dialogue may reveal things you never saw to improve operations. But, if there is an uncomfortable feeling with success or uncertainty about a course of action taken, then perhaps growing leadership skills are required. There are a lot of options to reward employees for a job well done if that is the motivation. Has an employee asked you how the business is going? I would dig a little deeper to answer some of these questions because you are the captain of the ship, and your employees "sense" your confidence. Hope this helped and good luck.
I am not sure if you are located in the USA or Canada, but as a landlord, there are tenancy agreements to suite the laws of your province/state. In the future, having a Tennant sign this agreement at least gives you something in writing. Further, taking the extra steps to protect yourself,...

Further, taking the extra steps to protect yourself, such as gaining approval to obtain a credit check on tenants - can save you a lot of trouble. I am sorry to hear of your trouble.
