Business is booming. As a remodelling contractor when interest rates and/or the economy takes a turndown business improves. The 1 thing holding me back from record growth after 29 years is the lack of skilled labor, or any labor for that matter. Hourly rate doesn't seem to affect the applicant pool either. It's as if it is nonexistant. As for supply chain issues i used to thi k hurricane season was bad. Now I wish hurricane season was all we had to deal with. When the government decided to pass out "free" money, which is never free hence inflation and supply chain issues, I can see why there is no labor pool. I can't pay enough ot co.oete with sitting at home and having everything paid for. Just my 2 cents worth.
