Massage therapy and energy medicine are tools to facilitate pain and stress relief along with balancing your hormones and creating a better body awareness. I began my training in 2009 in Energy Medicine and chose to compliment my practice with Massage Therapy, receiving my massage license in 2010. I have taught and apprenticed massage therapists.
