Also, during the service, recognize the one or the family that brings the most guests. If you are trying to draw young adults, start the friends and family day weekend on a Friday with a gathering at a local club.Finally, look around your community and if you have businesses in the area, have a business day at your church and recognize the owners for their service to the community. Also, meet with local government officials, law enforcement, and first respondents and have a recognition day for them and their families recognizing there service to the community.

Being a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin I am sure that getting to know other groups other than your own in Waukesha can be difficult. But it i s not impossible. I think the first approach is to use the congregation as your first source. I am sure they know where the uncommitted are and many may be friends of theirs. Another way would be to have an open house around a topic that effects all those of Jewish decent, perhaps a discussion around things happening in Israel and allow that to be your introduction to them.
In these times, it's not so much about message as it is about the meaning and the relationship behind it. the scriptures state that in order to gain friends you must first show yourself friendly.
1. Our Church is "Virtual", we are online and I teach via Facebook Live.
2. I try to make our teaching practical and real, not just teaching in theory.
3. We strive to meet people where they are and bring them to an understanding of who they are in God through Jesus Christ.

I usually receive referrals from past clients. But the best way is to give them my business cards and ask them to just give them out. That way they don't feel like they are giving out personal information.
