Hello, my name is Shannon Tefft-Janes and I am a daily money manager who offers an MBA and 20+ years of business ownership and consulting experience to help overwhelmed clients avoid costly mistakes and paralyzing stress caused by common, and complicated, financial situations.

I'm not afraid to "get in the weeds" and the dining room table overflowing with mail and papers is my specialty.

But organizing is only part of it. It's what I DO with what I find and the process I put in place to help you (or me help you in ongoing services) streamline your finances, set budgets, and put in a plan to help you achieve life goals and financial independence.

To be transparent, this is my second career. I'm retooling my education, business, and personal finance experience to help folks who either need to free up time or otherwise need to delegate finance and household administration tasks.

As my youngest approached high school age, I took an inventory of my skillset, interest, and what I've seen through observation. For years I was the 'go to" person when family and friends needed advice - they needed a sounding board or simply didn't know how to solve a problem.

Between direct hands-on professional and personal experience and lifelong learning, I've developed a solid skillset in bookkeeping/accounting, finance, investments, insurance, taxation, and project management. I'll be the first to admit that I certainly don't know everything but I know enough to flag potential problem areas and if I can't help you resolve these issues, get you to the right person who can.
