As part of Hall Lending Group, I work with clients purchasing a home, or refinancing their current mortgage(s). Hall Lending Group is celebrating its 15th year in Eastern Iowa - providing clients with mortgage options that fit THEIR needs, based on their financial goals and needs. We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA options with aggressive rates. We pride ourselves in open communication with agents and clients - working to avoid 'surprises' throughout the mortgage process. You will not find a company that cares more about their clients and their referral partners. We are consistently persistent and find solutions where others can't. Whether our client has perfect credit, or less than perfect credit, there are programs designed JUST for them!

That's a great question - and I believe that depends on the way the agreements are put together between the lender and the broker. In my case, the co that I work for, Hall Lending Group, is paid by the lender. In Iowa - a borrower has the right to pay that fee themselves, if they choose - and there are moments where that makes sense for them. Most of the time, however, the lender is the entity that pays for our work.

I don't know that there is a BEST place. I have found that I need to do lots of different things - and then feel like talking. :) Sometimes I'm just not in the mood - and I have to recognize that. I either just need to GET in the mood to network, or make it a point to be listening. Once I am engaging in conversation, it is a LOT easier to discuss what I do - and how I can benefit others. Knowing their need, helps me hone in on that as well.
