Qigong? What's that?
Qigong is a moving meditation coordinating both gentle movements and static postures with deep rhythmic breathing. This produces a mind/body response that is at once relaxed and energized.

Though the primary certification is from Long White Cloud Qigong, the Daily Flow Sessions span a wide variety of traditions and include many traditional sets, standing Qigong (Zhan Zhuang) and meditation. We offer a daily live session via Zoom Monday-Friday (10 am US Central time) with recordings available for those unable to make the live time. A first online course is also ready -- a free offering to the community covering the popular "8 Brocades of Silk".
Already a soccer coach and fitness instructor, I took a deep dive into qigong as a daily practice after suffering a serious injury during a blood donation which was only partially mitigated by Western medicine techniques. I achieved near 100% relief of symptoms after just 3 months of daily practice. Needless to say, I was hooked!
