Our program currently includes three workshops that you can learn to use with your clientele: "Improve Your Body Image," "Improve your Vocal Image," and "Tween2Queen." The first two programs are designed for a wide variety of participants, from high schoolers through seniors, and everyone in between. Tween2Queen has been crafted exclusively for mothers & daughters; while we can't promise that Tween2Queen will deliver instant body satisfaction, we do promise to give Mothers and Mentors tools to begin to love the skin you are in while giving 8-14 year old girls the framework to start a lifetime with positive body esteem.

This program was started as a result of my work with women in the Pilates studio and my background in the performance industry where the body image and self confidence of everyone is on the forefront and quite often broken down on a daily basis in classes and auditions. My passion and mission is to help women feel confident in their own skin through feeling in control of their posture, body language and communication skills. Even learn how to combat the fear of public speaking and how to project a magnetic and positively infectious presence.
