We continue to provide a level of service that can't be matched by Big Box retailers or warehouse locations. By having our own delivery and installation crews, we can dispatch immediately to address issues and resolve problems in the course of a day. We recently replaced a "dead" air conditioner on Labor Day for a new client, who stated to me, "I never expected that on a Holiday and you have a customer for life". It's service above and beyond the norm that have people telling their friends and family, along with our ability to turn on a dime when necessary. Price is important, but not the be all. Clients want exceptional service in dealing with a local store, where we do what we say and say what we do and are known by name, with some customers dealing with us for over "38" years. Service, service, service is what gets it done! Anyone can give a price, but not everyone can provide the level of service we do, all by our very own team members.
