Tastings is a necessary evil lol. We will only do a tasting if we have a menu in place and the client is interested in booking our services. We charge $250 for two people but if they book our services then it is free of charge. In over 20 years I have found everyone would like a free tasting but that is not why we are in business so charge for your services your worth it.

I can understand charging a fee for tasting, but $250 for a tasting for 2 people? Wow!
