The branches of a neighbor’s tree may hang over onto your property. In this case, you may have questions about your rights regarding the portion of the tree that is on your property. The following are general rules regarding overhanging tree branches. You must also check the law in your state, county or city to determine if different rules may apply to you.

How to Tell if a Tree Is on Your Property
When you purchase a home, you are usually required to get a property survey. This survey will show you the boundaries of your property. The trees whose tree trunks are within your property line are considered to be part of your property, and therefore, your responsibility.

So excited to be in the top 10 for sales in the month of April. Joining Color Street for my side hustle as a stylist 3 years ago was initially just for making money and it has become sooooo much more than that. I’ve met the most incredible people who have become life long friends. AND in addition to my weekly paycheck, earned goodies/products and monthly bonus checks my up line also rewards me with gifts just for doing what I love to do. I am so grateful for it all and who knew selling nail polish , nail care and makeup could be so rewarding.
