That totally depends on your need to downsize. You also have the option of having family members live with you. Or inviting other senior to live with you and share expenses of utilities, cleaning company, updating, cooking, landscaping etc. (more) That totally depends on your need to downsize. In my opinion, you should ask the potential client to get a pre-approval asap because no seller will look seriously at a contract from a buyer who is NOT pre-approved. Unless the buyer enjoys writing contracts, this is the BEST approach if you are serious about buying. The inventory is very low... Unless the buyer enjoys writing contracts, this is the BEST approach if you are serious about buying. The inventory is very low in our area and homes sell immediately unless they are overpriced.

I do Open Houses for all my listings and also host them for others at Samson Properties. I can make visitors at home since I know everything about my listing and the area. Neighbors send friends and list with when ready to sell...they also tell me why they really enjoy living in the neighborhood!... Neighbors send friends and list with when ready to sell...they also tell me why they really enjoy living in the neighborhood! I meet new clients also so it is a win-win situation in my opinion. With 40 years selling real estate, I have learned that you must use ALL types of marketing to be successful...3D Virtual Tours, social media, reaching out to other Realtors, post cards and Open Houses to be successful!

I miss the Ruby Tuesday in Fairfax....My sister and I used to go there at least once a week for dinner.....GREAT  salad bar and reasonable prices! For all my clients, I get a virtual tour since I use it for marketing and as information for the eventual appraiser. I recently paid for a virtual tour for a rental listing to make the LISTING stand out!  I do not know of any other Realtor who does that for a rental...and most do not do it for a... Service to my clients is VERY important to me. I make less money, but my clients get more and more quickly!!!
