There is a technique called "spinning" content.  Along with different graphics a single article can become several articles within the same niche.

Your business target would seem to me to be more than one.  In a way that is good, since you can send the same message to those different niches. And, then, rotate the articles through your niche markets.

After about a year, you can then send the original message out again, since most memories are a day long (tongue in cheek).

Since you offer different ways to do the same thing, you have an arsenal of articles.

Personally, I would not take on the writing and organizing of this project.  I would get ahold of an operation like mine to manage that part of your marketing program.  In this way, you would be freed up to continue managing your clients (who are the ones generating your income).
