Paulina Havelka is a former Mecklenburg County District Court Judge. She served her term and returned to practice in January 2023. She has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 2005. Her areas of practice are family, criminal and personal injury law. She offers her clients a unique perspective as both an attorney and a former Judge.
