Pre Purchase Home Inspection
These inspections provide our clients with a general understanding of the structure and property. We inspect structural components, the exterior of the home, the general condition of the roofing system, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior components, insulation, ventilation and installed appliances. Our report is a valuable resource to keep in your home file and provides information on approx. 150 items throughout the structure. Defects found are noted, photographed and explained and referrals to qualified repair specialists are available.
