About Us
At Walter Wilson Inspections and Testing, our inspector has 45 years of experience in the industry (architectural technology, custom home building and home inspections). We are Charlottean's who treasure our community and have enjoyed the pleasure of watching it grow. We offer a thorough inspection of 150 components within a structure and all of it's systems. In addition to inspections we offer mold testing, radon testing and water testing. Our inspector is also a 203K HUD consultant. Ask us about the 203K program and how it can benefit you!
