Knowledge is power. everyone sooner or later will have to deal with someone or themselves concerning dementia. Learn about it through every source possible. The key to success with aging problems is caretaking. Dementia is the sign that someone is entering a whole new stage of life. My profession needs to know more about education and counseling when it comes to dealing with dementia. Thank you. Paul J Hannig PhD.

Also, streaming some of the great meditations from YouTube works as well. Take the time to close your eyes and relax. Positive mantras are excellent to repeat during times of stress. Your favorite music is excellent as well, as it creates pleasure and switches your brain from right to left hemisphere. Movement, dance, laughter ... actions that reduce stress and realign body and mind. I encourage my clients to search for what works best for them and then I help them strengthen that. Try some of the things I've mentioned to find what works best for you.

The most difficult situation that I have to deal with in my work is the client's motivation, commitment, dedication and passion, when it comes to healing and personal growth. Their disorders, that is some of them, prevent them from doing the necessary hard work on themselves. All loss is painful. You do not solve anything by repressing pain. It is to be felt to its deepest and most profound level. You do not solve anything by repressing pain. It is to be felt to its deepest and most profound level. Tears, cries, shouts, and screams need to be felt in order for what's underneath the pain to come to the surface and be integrated. Feeling one's pain, is one of those powerful therapeutic tools in the universe. In addition, Ecstatic meditation, relaxation and hypnotic techniques help in the healing process and bring new connections and insights. Grieving is a time to gather all of the tools, methods, techniques, teachers and mentors, in order to move through and beyond loss. There is always something far more incredible on the other side of loss, waiting to be discovered. My advice: Put on some great music, get down on the floor and give yourself permission to feel. Take no prisoners. I recommend that you read my book, "Feeling People," on the deep feeling process.

Attractiveness is twofold: emotional and outward physical appearance. Most clients are depleted emotionally and my work involves helping them retrieve their greatness, inner wholeness and beauty. Outer beauty fades and may get you through the door, but inner "emotional attractiveness" will land the job, maintain a relationship, and bring mazel to those involved.
