Search engines are usually the first step people take when they have little to no knowledge of where to go first.  This helps them compare the location against general information.  If the potential client is intrigued by the listing, they typically call a phone number or check out the website for more information. 

Alignable appears to be like Facebook for businesses--good way to network and see what the professional communities have to offer.  Each marketing avenue has an advantage towards the demographic you're chasing.

If you see a video ad and your employees say "We can do better than that!", try giving the person or business a call.
