Helpful tip.. For any invoice clients, we contact them after seven day to ensure they got the invoice, that there were no issues on the invoice, check to see if there were additional signatures needed or copy of purchase order etc. We find it helps greatly with on time payments. Best to get involved at seven days, rather than find out at 30 there is an issue.

Yes.... but don't wast too much time after reviewing the basics....Business owners tend to juggle 20 things at once, and do it well. You do however, need to prioritize where you spend those precious minutes... Opportunity is alway welcome, just know your subject matter and go from there. If something happens and the error is on our part, we are the first to raise our hand and admit it. We provide proofs to our clients for final ok all the time, and sometimes still "stuff happens". When that occurs, we work closely with them to find resolve AND try and implement process that... We provide proofs to our clients for final ok all the time, and sometimes still "stuff happens". When that occurs, we work closely with them to find resolve AND try and implement process that prevents that same "stuff" from ever happening again. Clients are all different so you handle each one as an individual case.

If they say they can get it online, then let them. We had a client tell us our price was too high the other day. Online would not have found the typos in the copy, they would not had turned the job around in 3 hours and delivered to the facility in time for the event. Our research into the quick... Online would not have found the typos in the copy, they would not had turned the job around in 3 hours and delivered to the facility in time for the event. Our research into the quick printer then mentioned who was cheaper, showed in fact that A. They would not have accepted the job with that turn around time. B. The would have charged rush charges C. They would not have proofed the copy. Making our clients a priority and creating a quality job is work something. We present value to our clients in so many ways. We are worth the price.

Network, Network, Network and then Network some more! You should always position yourself on panels, industry events, lunch and learn sessions etc. You have to be out there and available. When people say they have a printer, I always ask them... what have they done for your lately? Print has value added in and of itself. Making the most of print and understanding the technology and resources available to ensure a clients success in print should be a key factor in your choice.... Making the most of print and understanding the technology and resources available to ensure a clients success in print should be a key factor in your choice. Presses all print, but it is more than ink on paper or toner on paper. What is the goal of your print campaign? Choose a print partner that can help you reach your marketing goals and make it easier for you to sell more of whatever widget you are trying to sell. There is no one answer here. Some are totally satisfied with cheap printing online. Some need and want to know how to best spend their dollars in print. Our role is to help our client succeed. My advice is build relationships with people who do more than just print your job. Time Quality Service and Costs all mean different things, so it is really about priorities.

Font's vary from PC to Mac, I believe it was never intended that they match. LOL, Our skilled production crew and our resident font goddess here usually can get you fairly close, so reach out should you need someone to walk you through.
