Risk Assessment

DESCRIPTION

So many questions go into creating a resiliency program! The first involve the threats to your organization. What could shut your business down or significantly hurt your income? But we don't want to focus on the financials alone! What are the operational threats to your organization? Then, what do you do to manage those threats? What is most important to you?

Based on the answers to these questions, we can determine what risk categories will be used to set the impacts to your organization (High, Medium, Low) and even determine what the time frame is for those impacts. It's a little complicated, but when this exercise is completed, you will know what risks you want to 'fix' or plan for and which you need to accept.

By completing a risk assessment, you will avoid the pitfalls that might shut your business down.
