Hi, I'm Heather! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of CT. My passion is to support people through life transitions, especially emerging adults and young adults embarking on new endeavors. I have a strong background in high school counseling as I worked in the school setting for 14 years. I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach to establish a safe space for processing the unique difficulties each individual faces.
