Dr. Wayne Andersen left traditional medicine in 2001 to create a new model and structure to help people achieve optimal health in their lives. The result was an innovative health network. I've learned to value my time even when the other person doesn't. I  let someone take up 2 1/2 hours of my time. I  had another appointment but wasn't sure how to stop them without sounding like I  didn't care to hear what they were saying. I've also learned to be me and not feel the pressure...
