Plumleaf VPA LLC audits third-party IT vendors to ensure project requirements are met and quality is delivered. Overall, we work closely with vendors to enhance efficiency and maximize ROI for businesses.
How We Got Started
During 20+ years of experience in corporate IT, I witnessed numerous challenges in aligning client expectations with project outcomes from the vendors (IT service providers) we signed. Addressing this problem became my specialty, so I used that knowledge to launch plumleaf VPA (Vendor Performance Assessment).
