My practice provides architectural services, construction management, and consulting on facility condition and accessibility (ADA).
I am involved on a daily basis in all aspects of the design process, including project management, design and project coordination with all disciplines, as well as quality control during all stages of projects.
In the design, I utilize BIM (Building Information Management) process allowing me to convey design concepts to the clients in an easy to understand way using 3D walk-throughs and 3D photographic quality renderings, sun studies and energy efficiency studies, before a building is actually built. BIM process also allows me close cooperation with contractors by providing them with essential data such as quantity take-offs, schedules, etc. for accurate bid generation.
In my over 35 years of practicing Architecture I have designed several industrial, commercial, and residential projects in US, Poland, France, and Austria. My main focus is to thoroughly understand the clients’ needs and ensure the design reflects effectively those needs in all aspects of service. I have specific expertise with a wide variety of building construction systems and materials, environmental engineering, cost control, and scheduling.
I specialize in industrial architecture, including bus and rail maintenance facilities and production facilities, as well as space programming, including functional layouts, materials flow, and personnel amenities. However, in a period of about 8 years I have focused solely on residential design from small additions to high end mansions. I also have extensive experience involving transit station design, which includes multi-modal stations and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance requirements.
