Because an experienced business lawyer will see what works across a broad spectrum of businesses, (ie aviation, coffee shops, contractors , retail clothing stores, TV and radio stations, manufacturing companies, farming operations, the list goes on) the attorney is in a position to advise his business clients on what works and what doesn't.
