No....and a thought to go with it. Stick by your team first and foremost...customers are easier to find than Great staff. Your employees must know they are part of the team and that you have their back....always take care of your customer but take it with a grain of salt.

If I use mail, I use real stamps (Christmas stamps year round...actually) and NEVER use anything but handwritten addressing of the envelope. And I never open mail to "current resident".
