I specialize in deep self-discovery, utilizing a number of assessments and a proven process that helps women understand themselves and their unique inner design, building confidence, clarity of vision, and a sense of purpose and direction. This process also develops healthy relationships with self and others and brings women to a place where they feel they are in the driver's seat of their lives, often for the first time ever. I teach them how to create self-awareness so that they can consciously choose in any given moment how they want to respond to and engage with others, with situations, and their environment. This process also drastically reduces stress and increases happiness and satisfaction. The result is a clear direction for their lives along with a roadmap to get them there.
