Years ago, I was in a seemingly insurmountable situation myself; running three real estate-related businesses as the Great Recession hit. Overnight, deals froze, financing dried up, and the path forward felt anything but clear. Instead of giving up, I asked a better “what if”: What if I could rethink the model, re‑focus on the right customers, and rebuild from a stronger foundation? That season forced me to deepen my strategy, sharpen my leadership, and learn how to create opportunity in the middle of pressure – the same kind of transformation I now help my clients achieve.

Today, I work with established, owner-led businesses to help them move from fog and “random acts of marketing” to a clear, actionable path for growth. I am a seasoned revenue growth specialist and business coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership and team development and business-technology enablement across multiple industries including technology, real estate, education, and restaurants.

As a serial entrepreneur and long time corporate executive combined with a deep passion for continuous improvement, I help business owners navigate complex challenges and achieve excellence.
