We are operators who know what weight feels like.
We read your business reality.
We tell you what we see.
We handle what needs handling.
Our team grew in the same furnace that creates restaurant managers and Navy personnel.
Real pressure.
Real consequences.
Not theory from books.
We've built something that doesn't exist anywhere else: business intelligence that comes from lived operational experience.
We see what's broken because we've carried the weight of fixing things when they break.
When we look at your business, we're reading it the way operators read operations.
What's actually happening versus what's supposed to be happening?
What's creating drag?
What's about to break?
What needs attention right now?
We don't teach.
We don't coach.
We step in and handle it.
We reduced one operator from 20 hours a week to 2 hours.
He never has to check in on us.
We know how to work and solve what comes up.
If there's a problem, we reach out right away.
You get back to what you're actually good at.
We handle everything else.
The record shows we do what we say.
Our clients stop being the system.
Their businesses run without them holding everything together.
That's what operators do.
We make things work.
I built CGS because I wanted to work remotely.
I was working at a BPO, moving up like I always had in my career. But office politics kept me stuck despite the results I was delivering. So I figured if I worked remotely, I wouldn't have to deal with office politics and all that.
I didn't think to start a call center. I only wanted to work remotely.
My first client was supposed to be straightforward. But they kept asking me to handle more things. Fix this process. Organize that system. Figure out why this wasn't working.
Then, as I worked, the owner said, "Hey, you do really good work. Can you get others to do it with you, and you lead them?"
CGS was born.
Everything since then until 2 years ago was the longest, hardest lesson of my life. Ups and downs. Successes and failures. Personal crisis from 2012-2016 taught me to read reality even sharper.
I made every mistake as a founder-owner. Yet here we are. Documented and growing.
