I have been studying the Alexander Technique for more than 40 years and have been a Cincinnati based certified teacher for more than 24 years. I consider myself to be highly experienced, having given thousands of lessons and workshops to people over the years who have learned of the benefits the technique provides. I worked in a pediatric environment for more than 34 years and understand age specific needs. I enjoy working with people of all ages. For several years, I served on a Cincinnati hospital research Council and acted a principle investigator for studies relating to energy medicine, sleep and stress in the workplace.
