Without customers you don't have a business. The majority of our marketing has happened through word of mouth so customers are our priority. Making customers happy and having their interest at heart shines through when that is the culture you create within your organization. It is hard to give just one piece of advice regarding the BEST method to WOW a customer - I have a few rules that I follow in business when it comes to taking care of customers:
1. Always under promise and over deliver
2. Be honest
3. FOLLOW UP - make sure that you come full circle on any promise made or assistance that you offer
This may seem simple, but doing these things consistently when dealing with customers will be sure to make your company shine - every one wants the "experience" of purchasing now. Give customers a positive experience with your business and they will share that.
