Founder and CEO, Evelyn "Rose" Solorzano, spent her entire life aspiring to be the "glue" that keeps family together and thriving. Compassion grew as she herself struggled and watched others struggle to keep their most important relationships connected in this ever-changing world. Her compassion grew into a mission to find out what is the "glue?"

She has dedicated her life to study and learn what it takes to be that "glue" despite life’s complexities. Now, after 18 years of learning, experience and professional work with families, she is contributing her hard-earned wisdom and knowledge to underserved communities.

With the support of community partners, nonprofit Kinship Development has launched! It exists to share her techniques that has already touched so many lives. She is bringing back new levels of joy and connection to families and inspiring them to pay it forward by building connected, sustainable communities. She is excited to share, what is the "glue?"
