What is the biggest challenge you face with your employees?

The understanding that perishables cost money. Employees seldom see the cost behind the blades, gas for vehicles, rags, water and ice, drill bits, etc. All the little costs that can quickly add up if not monitored. I've walked on the job and have seen so much wastefullness. But at the same time I see there point of view and they see mine but they don' realize the little things add up.
