We go into local schools and offer basic self defense for students. We offer it as a seminar for young students, and a course for high school students. Every student should know the signs of being aware of their surroundings, to look out for each other, travel together and older students learn...

We go into local schools and offer basic self defense for students. We offer it as a seminar for young students, and a course for high school students. Every student should know the signs of being aware of their surroundings, to look out for each other, travel together and older students learn some basic moves to get away and or defend themselves. Martial Arts build confidence, respect, discipline and encourages those to be physically fit. It's a team building sport and should be readily accessible to everyone. Self defense is a must. Everyone would benefit from it! But you must have someone teaching who KNOWS what they are doing, it makes all the difference...having someone teach who is confident has a background in martial arts is key.
I grew up with exchange students, my parents had several over the years. It was an amazing experience for my siblings and I to learn first hand about other cultures and cuisine. I would love to carry that on now that I'm a mother...but my biggest concern is my location...I live in the country and...

I would love to carry that on now that I'm a mother...but my biggest concern is my location...I live in the country and it's a good 45+ minutes drive to get to anything!! I work in the city, but my hours wouldn't be great for a student!! Maybe some day in the future when my work hours change!

We have given away Frisbee's in the summer to promote our camps! It was a fun and easy way to get our name out in the hands of kids. We give away lanyards at exhibitions and I would like to do water bottles and cinch bags for our kids classes and water bottles and towels for our adult classes. I...

We give away lanyards at exhibitions and I would like to do water bottles and cinch bags for our kids classes and water bottles and towels for our adult classes. I am working on a project when people sign into classes - after hitting so many hours they something, and something that they use, not something that just gets tossed in a drawer out of sight out of mind.
I look for someone who will listen to me!! As a woman, I tend to get dismissed on things and mechanics will routinely try and sell me things I do not need. I do know my own car very well and can tell you exactly what's wrong! I just don't have the tools to do my own repairs or necessarily all the...

I look for someone who will listen to me!! As a woman, I tend to get dismissed on things and mechanics will routinely try and sell me things I do not need. I do know my own car very well and can tell you exactly what's wrong! I just don't have the tools to do my own repairs or necessarily all the skills to do the repair myself. Same goes for business or personal repairs. I finally found a shop where the owner goes above and beyond my expectations and even had a battery rushed out on a Friday evening for a truck. Listening skills, honesty, price, quality = excellent service.
Get to know their name, what they like to do in their spare time, what their goals are and greet them with a smile. Just taking a couple minutes to ask about what they like is the best way to get them coming back through your door. We have over 200 clients and we make sure that not only do staff...
