How has your understanding of self-love evolved?

I used to equate it with positive affirmations in front of a mirror. Now, it seems more about making healthier choices, like choosing water over coffee, knowing when to take a digital break, and embracing honest self-reflection, even when challenging. I find these shifts in behaviour can sometimes reflect deeper acts of self-love than we might initially think.

Has anyone else been redefining what love looks like lately?
