I work with corporate executive and healthcare professional parents who know academic success alone is not enough.
Their young adults are stepping into a world shaped by social media, division, incomplete history, and constant pressure. Through The Global Citizen Dialogue, I help close the gap between academic preparation and life preparation by using historically overlooked narratives to build critical thinking, cultural understanding, resilience, and bridge-building skills.
What that means is parents gain peace of mind, and their young adults gain the perspective and confidence to thrive in a diverse world.
Roger's career began with 8 years as a C-130 Crewchief in the USAF, followed by 25 years at American Airlines as a technician, pilot, and QA representative. He then spent 5 years at North American Airlines, building and running technical training programs for pilots, technicians, and engineers.
