Mobile personal training - we come to your preferred location, whether that is your home, office or a nearby park. We bring all equipment - which is a whole lot (practically a full gym) as needed. We are happy to work with individuals, couples or small groups (up to 5 people). Five years of experience training people, certified & insured.
