Our vendor network runs through Survey Stars, an advanced land surveying job management software to track clients, vendors, progress, billing, communication, etc. We take the orders from our clients in the mortgage title, real estate, and construction industry and set them up with Licensed Surveyors in the local area where the work needs done! Brandi Teter our vendor network manager also functions as the customer service representative for all vendor orders.

We pay our vendors immediately and compensate for the portion of work completed if client cancels. All orders can be tracked through our system and we put the jobs up for bidding to keep things competitive.

Surveyors can view jobs up for bidding in their local area and access available research completed by our experienced research department. We even have a "Buy it Now" function if you really want the job!

In addition to our vendor network we're also a multi state land surveying firm with over 60 field crews, 40 drafters, 12 + licensed surveyors and we complete over 50,000 surveys a year. We're the nations leader in residential mortgage surveying and several of our vendors have even gone on to join our permanent staff in IL, OH, MD, FL, & TX!
