Not all brokers are the same. I do not have an issue with that at all. I feel the customer will have the uniqueness to identify who is best for them. I like to identify myself as a true honest broker that will tell you about a property that is known and make sure it is related to the customer. I try to share all aspects of a property that may not be thought of to the customer to insure they understand. I feel the more you provide the better. I do not want my customer to come back to me to complain! I want them to come back to visit or refer another customer to help with their Real Estate needs.
