After 5 years of touring the country and studying different organic farming techniques from small scale family farms to large scale commercial organic farms, everywhere from Maine to California, local farmer David Rucci returned here and took to the soil locally in Cloudcroft and Mayhill, New Mexico.

With the kind help and selfless support of host farm Potter’s Ranch, LLC, Simple Star Farm has had a successful launch and is excited to provide the local Cloudcroft community with nutritional alternatives and fresh veggies!
