I present collaborative workshops and classes integrating ancient wisdom, techniques and tools
with modern modalities in an environment of experiential learning.
What this means, is that we gather for workshops that are not just about listening to a
speaker or doing a few meditations, it is a process of working together in small circles for sharing,
creating, and empowering each other as we move through our personal processes toward the
successful achievement of our dreams. Each of our workshops has a focus and a purpose
and in each there is a process of creativity as you make something in the physical to represent
your journey towards your true self.
I will also work with you to design a workshop for you or your group if you have something specific
you want to bring to your area.
