Too many times in the sales process, it becomes about the salesman or price? I have found helping people through listening attracts excellent customers.
Making the customer feel comfortable and relaxed. My selling approach comes more from relationship selling, not just numbers.
People who feel comfortable with you are more likely to refer their friends and family. The best complement to receive is : "You don't seem like a salesman"
Listening is key and also body language. People automatically put up their defenses in any sales situation. The last thing they are looking for is high pressured sales hype!!
