A bookkeeping service can sort out your books and keep them in good order. But if you need basic policies and procedures and the ongoing daily handling of finances, you are probably better off with someone who is there all day, every day. And especially if the problem permeates all levels of the company, including the top. An outside bookkeeping service can't provide the level of intensity that an experienced senior level bookkeeper, who is there daily, can. Oh yes, and do yourself a favour and get a good accountant.
