Believing that Vancouver Island grows some of the sweetest, most flavourful fruits and vegetables, Joan & Brad use what is available at their fingertips. Growing whatever they personally can themselves, the remainder of the fruit is purchased from local farmers and growers. All products are handmade at a local commercial kitchen. The majority of sales are through select local shops, resorts, cafes and wineries.
