We never had an issue where a client refused to pay an invoice.  It is always recommended to resolve any issue the client may have but in the end you may require to issue a demand letter and then if that do not resolve it you may need to take legal action if the amount is of a significant amount. You can always inform the person you are calling at the beginning of the call what product nd/or service you are selling and if they require it at this time rather than upset them by going ob a script. You always get a better response and some people will remember you and call you when they require these products and/or services.
