The Option Group provides advocates that help families navigate care for a loved one with disabilities or the challenges of aging. We navigate longevity by providing consultation, cognitive assessments, facility placement, long distance caregiver support, education, crisis intervention and advocacy. We help coordinate care, provide options and create an individualized care plan to provide the least restrictive scenario that allows for the highest level of functioning as possible. The goal is to realize the highest quality of life, given the parameters, and afford as much safety, independence, and comfort as possible.
